Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily appointments set by the Inside Sales Team
- Conduct at least 5 ride-along sales calls per week as a training opportunity
- Support reps during in-home appointments by assisting with calls and closing sales
- Monitor and evaluate team performance; implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Manage and complete "cancel-save" appointments effectively
- Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit opportunities and close pending sales
- Lead engaging and informative training sessions on a regular basis
- Clearly communicate expectations and goals to the sales team in alignment with company objectives
- Minimum of 5 years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the 1-Day Home Improvement model
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive team performance and business growth
- Comfortable using technology for presentations and contract management (iPad-based tools, e-signature platforms)
