Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop In-Home Sales Representatives
- Lead and mentor the sales team through hands-on coaching and field training
- Conduct ride-alongs and assist with sales presentations and closing opportunities
- Review and manage scheduled appointments to ensure effective lead utilization
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
- Assist with cancel-save and rehash opportunities to maximize sales results
- Foster a positive, competitive, and results-driven culture
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- 5 years of successful home improvement sales experience preferred
- Previous sales leadership or management experience
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with CRM systems, tablets, and electronic sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
