Marketing Events Coordinator

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator in the Johnson City, NY market.

Job Description:

1. • Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory

2. • Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors

3. • Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows

4. • Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators

5. • Schedule Demonstrators to work Events

6. • Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down

7. • Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows

8. • Collect Contest Entries

9. • Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation

10. • Measure and report results

Qualifications:

1. • Strong communications skills

4. • Ability to coach, train and motivate others

5. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. • Ability to stand for long periods of time

7. • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be available to work weekends.
