Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations
- Lead installation crews and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
- Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations
- Support crews with on-site issues and service calls
- Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates
- Monitor job costs and identify improvement opportunities
- Hire, train, and coach installation team members
- Manage installation schedules, time-off requests, and job timelines
- Maintain accurate records (timesheets, receipts, job completion)
- 5 years of experience in construction or installation
- Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred
- Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to quality and customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- $80K–$125K (depending on experience)
