You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and help customers transform their homes with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and working independently while receiving training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
- Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad-based system
- Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions using company software
- Explain product features, benefits, and financing options
- Present pricing and close sales effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Attend weekly sales training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales experience is a plus)
- Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required
- Comfortable presenting solutions in a customer's home
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
