Energy Home Pros, featuring Bath Planet, is looking for energetic, competitive, and motivated Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our growing team.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position.

You’ll be working in targeted residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners and generating qualified appointments for our home improvement sales team.

You do NOT have to sell the remodeling project. Your job is to start conversations, create interest, qualify the homeowner, and set the appointment. Our professional sales representatives handle the in-home consultation and sale.

What You'll Do

• Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods
• Approach and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Introduce Energy Home Pros and Bath Planet remodeling services
• Identify homeowners interested in upgrading their bathroom or windows
• Generate and schedule qualified in-home appointments
• Accurately collect customer information
• Follow our proven canvassing script and process
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Represent our company professionally in the community

Sales Experience Is Helpful — But Attitude Matters

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, appointment setting, roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, telecommunications, automotive sales, or other performance-based positions is a plus.

However, we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates confidence, work ethic, competitiveness, and the ability to communicate.

Military experience is also welcomed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
