Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory audits to keep the store well-organized
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or experience in similar fast-paced environments is beneficial
