We’re looking for a high-energy Social Media Influencer / Producer to create powerful, engaging content around bath transformations and real community stories as part of Flippin’ Live, backed by Picarello Companies and powered by Bath Flip.
The Opportunity
This is a field-based content and production role where you’ll bring together:
- Before & after bath transformations
- Homeowner stories
- Local community connections
- Lifestyle real-life conversations
You won’t just film projects — you’ll tell stories that matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Capturing completed bath/shower transformations
- Interviewing homeowners about their experience, challenges, and results
- Creating engaging segments inside local communities
- Producing content for Flippin’ Live and Bath Flip platforms
- Editing videos into short-form, high-impact social content
- Bringing energy, personality, and authenticity to every segment
Who You Are
- Comfortable on camera and behind the camera
- Strong storyteller with a natural, conversational style
- Able to create engaging content on the spot
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- High energy, positive, and people-focused
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you see content everywhere

Compensation
- Base performance incentives
