We don’t just sell — we inspire. And we’re looking for a high-energy Retail Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our retail sales force across New England.
As the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and driving our in-store retail sales channel the front line of our brand’s energy and success.
You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and coach a team of retail ambassadors who engage directly with homeowners inside retail partner locations, sparking conversations, scheduling appointments, and generating revenue.
This role is not for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It’s for a leader who can do the job, teach the job, and hold the team accountable to results — while keeping energy high and performance strong.
- Recruit, train, and manage retail sales representatives (Bath Flip Ambassadors)
- Drive performance and energy across multiple retail sites daily
- Personally demonstrate and model strong people-engagement and appointment-setting skills
- Develop and execute scheduling, territory coverage, and staffing plans
- Motivate the team to exceed appointment and revenue goals
- Conduct on-site performance coaching and sales training
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategy to hit targets
- Own the revenue and appointment goals for your retail locations
- Proven success in face-to-face consumer sales, event marketing, or retail management
- Natural ability to engage people — fearlessly and energetically — for hours at a time
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and hold others accountable
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple retail sites daily
