Bath Fitter is seeking people who are energetic, goal-oriented, and never meet a stranger to represent our brand and promote our products/services to the public at events in the area. Our Brand Ambassadors help customers take the first step towards a life-changing tub or shower remodel. This role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections, and keep a positive attitude. Brand Ambassadors travel to and from events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities
- Actively engage and educate the public on BATH FITTER® products at events and various locations.
- Create a positive customer service experience with every prospect, customer, and co-worker.
- Become a knowledgeable spokesperson for the BATH FITTER® brand.
- Generate leads and set appointments.
- Setup, maintain, and return in good condition the company’s display materials.
- Electronically enter leads via smartphone or tablet.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- A strong work ethic with the drive to exceed goals set for each event.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal – to initiate conversation with potential customers.
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 50lbs.
