- Train, mentor, and guide Installers on basic plumbing techniques
- Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies
- Approve plumbing scope of work per Bath Fitter standards
- Obtain required permits and coordinate inspections
- Manage daily and monthly plumbing inventory and assist with ordering
- Gather and prepare supplies, products, and materials for installer jobs
- Perform hands-on plumbing work including fixture and piping installations
- Uphold safety protocols and proper use of PPE at all times
- Master Plumber License (State of North Carolina, required)
- Certified Plumbing Contractor license (required)
- 7–10 years of plumbing experience, including inspections and compliance work
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to train others
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Organized, dependable, and safety-focused professional
