Leading home improvement company seeks focused individual to add to our team!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience interacting with the public to help grow our Western New York market. Candidate is needed for lead generation, recruit and maintain staffing, and maintain regular records as required. Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to comfortably approach and interact with the public in settings such as home shows, community events, fairs, and flea markets.
- Be able to set-up and breakdown shows and events, drive a truck and trailer, push or pull displays, lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to generate leads and schedule in-home sales consultations.
- Be able to comfortable approach business owners to schedule placement of our roadshow trailer.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Be able to maintain records.
- Be creative in their marketing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $52,000 Yearly bonus

Shift:
- Hours as needed based on the event. During non-event days the shift is 8 hrs.
Weekly day range:

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details align with lead generation goals.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with show promoters and venues.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown.
- Hire, manage and train Event Staff/Brand Ambassadors
