FRYSC Clerk-Bath Co Middle School, Owingsville Elementary & Crossroads Elementary
180 days at 7 hours per day.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma and/or college credits.
2. Good computer skills/word processing skills.
3. Good communication skills
4. Positive attitude and approach towards disadvantaged families or families in crisis.
5. Knowledge of community resources.
6. Para-professional certificate OR 60 hours college credit.
Reports to: FRC Director, Principal, District Designee, Superintendent
Terms of Service: Classified salary schedule set by the Bath County BOE.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide full clerical services to the program.
- Assist in providing school based services.
- Participate in training to develop and maintain understanding
and skills necessary to provide assistance to the program.
- Maintain a center that is welcoming, safe and orderly for
students and families.
- Ensure that records are maintained properly.
- Process student drug consents (YSC only).
- Process volunteer background checks.
- Enter FRYSC data into Infinite Campus.
- Assist with Parent Workshops
- Assist with FRYSC core and optional components and after school activities.
- Present Too Good for Drugs curriculum to designated grades.
- Assist mental health counselor.
- Assist with CI program.
- Attend community meetings when necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the director.
Evaluations: Yearly with FRC Director and/or Principal, District Designee, Superintendent.
