Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create Monthly and Annual leads and call transfers forecasts
- Work with the Affiliate Manager to measure, budget and optimize each media source
- Work with the Call Center Director to forecast and budget call center transfers and track call conversions
- Monitor overall lead performance throughout the lead funnel, and optimize the quality and quantity of leads provided to the dealer network
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction. Analyze call data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
- Identify and present opportunities to optimize dealer lead campaigns
- Prepare and present reports on call center performance, objectives, and action plans to senior management.
