- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Deliver pricing and close sales consistently on every appointment
- Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your closing and presentation skills
- Design customized solutions for homeowners using our intuitive software
- Build relationships while driving results in a competitive, performance-based environment
- Proven experience in in-home sales (roofing, windows, bath, or similar industries)
- Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence and poise in presentations and public speaking
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Outgoing, articulate, and personable personality
