- 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to manage a high call volume efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Leadership experience or potential preferred
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Competitive pay: $41,600 – $52,000 per year starting pay (based on experience)
