What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Deliver professional presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
- Present pricing, handle objections, and confidently close sales
- Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience required
- Proven history of high sales performance and closing success
- Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable using tablets, technology, and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
