Your Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills
- Utilize user-friendly design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions
- Present pricing options and confidently close sales
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred
- Experience in the home remodeling industry is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and residence within the local area
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with professionalism
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
