About The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized designs
- Present bath remodeling and window solutions based on customer needs
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales
- Maintain customer information and follow company sales processes
- Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and maximize performance
- Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales
- Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or similar industries)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with homeowners
