About The Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that match their vision and budget. This outside sales role combines relationship-building, technology, and design to create an engaging customer experience from consultation to close.
Compensation
- Commission-based position
- Expected earning potential: $150,000 – $250,000 annually
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Build customized bath designs using user-friendly software tools
- Educate homeowners on product options, features, and pricing
- Deliver accurate quotes and close sales consistently
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home remodeling or construction industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable presenting and speaking confidently with homeowners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based sales environment
- Outgoing and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
