Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Assess homeowners' remodeling needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
- Present products, pricing, and financing options
- Close sales during in-home appointments
- Build strong relationships with homeowners by delivering exceptional customer service
- Accurately maintain customer information, appointments, and sales activity
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience required
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability and a results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Earn $100,000–$150,000 annually with uncapped commissions
- Flexible schedule as a 1099 Independent Contractor
