About The Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Comfort Kitchen & Bath—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized solutions using innovative design software. This is an exciting outside sales role with unlimited earning potential and a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences
- Present design options, product features, and pricing clearly and professionally
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system
- Present our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
- Use intuitive design software to create custom bath solutions
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and team development sessions
- Are a confident communicator and persuasive presenter
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ in-home sales experience (home remodeling a plus)
- Are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple client interactions
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and presentation tools
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in dynamic sales environments
- Excel in building trust and rapport with customers
