As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of PIC Home Pros, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners throughout Manchester, NH and the surrounding areas to understand their needs and present customized bath remodeling solutions.

This outside sales role involves using advanced technology and our proprietary design tools to create personalized presentations and guide customers through their remodeling decisions.

• Conduct in-home consultations and presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized remodeling solutions.
• Travel throughout the Manchester, NH area and surrounding communities to meet with customers.
• Use our easy-to-learn software to create personalized bath designs.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in home remodeling, construction, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local area.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined work habits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with homeowners.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Your income is based on your performance, experience, and ability to successfully help homeowners transform their spaces.
