Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad
- Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software
- Present pricing and product options
- Close sales and meet performance goals
- Build strong relationships with homeowners
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
- Follow our proven sales process and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional presentation style
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training
- $100,000–$150,000 annual earning potential
- Commission-based W-2 position
