About the Role:

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system

• Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills

• Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs

• Present pricing and consistently close sales

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Experience in home sales is highly valued

• Background in home remodeling or a similar in-home sales environment is a strong plus (training provided for the right candidate)

• Reliable transportation and local residency required

• Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment

• Outgoing and comfortable in social settings

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is based on your performance and experience, making this role ideal for someone who is motivated and driven by results.

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
