Job Description
The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and shows within assigned territories to generate qualified leads and promote our brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying events and trade shows within assigned territories
- Negotiating contracts with event vendors and organizers
- Planning and maintaining an annual calendar of events and shows
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Event Demonstrators and Brand Ambassadors
- Scheduling staff coverage for events and ensuring successful execution
- Coordinating booth setup, display logistics, and teardown
- Generating leads and scheduling Free In-Home Consultations during events
- Collecting and managing contest entries and customer information
- Following up with contest participants to schedule consultations
- Measuring event performance and preparing detailed reports on results and ROI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and professional personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Weekend availability is required
