Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners by telephone using a provided script
- Schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations
- Answer inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Adjust presentations and conversations to meet the needs of individual homeowners
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Gather and verify homeowner information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and project details
- Enter appointment and customer information into company systems accurately
- Confirm appointments set by canvassers, event staff, and marketing representatives
- Perform quality-control follow-up calls when necessary
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports
- Follow up with homeowners regarding previously scheduled consultations
- Help support the sales and marketing teams through effective communication and lead management
- Previous customer service, call center, telemarketing, sales, or marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a customer-focused approach
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
