Scope of Work
- Perform high-quality installations of bathroom wet areas (tubs, showers, wall systems)
- Install acrylic, fiberglass, and solid surface/cultured stone materials (Purostone-type systems)
- Complete remodels efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every project
- Proven experience in bathroom remodeling (wet space focus)
- Ability to complete projects independently from start to finish
- Must provide your own truck/vehicle and full set of professional tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage job timelines and meet production expectations
- Solid surface / cultured stone installation experience
- General carpentry and finishing skills (vanities, trim, flooring)
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Per-project pay (1099 subcontractor structure)
