What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Installer position at Bath & Cabinet Experts?
As a Kitchen Cabinet Installer, you will join an award-winning Cabinet Experts team as we expand into the kitchen remodeling space. You’ll play a key role in transforming outdated kitchens into modern, refreshed spaces while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. What you can expect from Cabinet Experts:- Compensation: Earn 75k-110k annually with career growth opportunities
- Training: Paid, on-the-job training. Through our Installation Training program, you will learn all the skills needed to become a lead installer

- Consistent, year-round work
- Install cabinet refacing systems in residential kitchens, typically completed within 2-3 days
- Apply veneers, replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and install new hardware using precise measurements and finishing techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in customers’ homes
- Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests as needed
- Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work is preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with the ability to measure and cut materials accurately
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
