Youll manage relationships, optimize performance, and ensure our investors are equipped with the insights and results they need to succeed. Youll balance communication, campaign management, and technical fixes, all while growing your skills and impact.Your Day-to-Day IncludesServe as the main point of contact for your assigned clientsRun monthly strategy and reporting calls to review results and set goalsOwn client onboarding, expectation setting, and ongoing relationship successMonitor support emails and promptly resolve account issuesAudit accounts, troubleshoot problems, and ensure campaigns are running smoothlyMake landing page edits, block IPs, and fix key issues for account managersSet up and split-test campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook AdsExtract and present the story from performance data in clear, actionable termsCommunicate proactively to prevent issues, not just react to themWhat Sets You ApartProactive Communicator Anticipates client needs and keeps them informed without being askedData Interpreter Translates raw ad performance into a compelling narrative that clients can act onTechnical Marketer Confidently navigates and manages Google and Meta ad platformsExpectation Manager Sets, resets, and reinforces expectations with clarity and confidenceProblem Solver Fixes issues without drama and escalates only when necessaryGrowth Mindset Obsessed with learning and leveling upQualifications1 year experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house); internships welcomeWorking knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads (setups, budgets, A/B testing)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented with strong time managementComfortable with client-facing interactions and accountabilityWhat Youll GetMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlex PTO and 12 paid holidaysLife insurance, telehealth, short- and long-term disabilityA hybrid schedule with a fun, stocked office in LehiClear growth paths and learning opportunitiesRegular company events and a people-first cultureIf you're a proactive communicator with a passion for marketing and client success, and youre ready to grow fast in a high-trust, high-performance environment, wed love to meet you.
