What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Insurance Agent position at Batchelder Bros. Insurance?
An ideal candidate would be a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent with 3 years of experience in Personal Lines, however we are also open to developing someone with relatable experience that is seeking a career in the insurance industry and is pursuing their insurance license. Candidates must be comfortable answering the phone and working with customers in person. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs is required. Multitasking is part of the job and candidates must be able to remain organized throughout interruptions.
Responsibilities
- Engage in insurance sales by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits to clients.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel for sales administration.
