Objectives:
Provide friendly, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of our handmade food and scratch beverages in accordance with establish quality and time standards to all guests while maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness in the bar area.
Provide responsible alcohol service to our guests to ensure their safety and maintain the company’s social responsibility.
Make each guest feel special and welcome.
Responsibilities: (To include, but not limited to)
Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Proper uniform should be worn always while in work areas.
Assemble/dismantle work station in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
Assist guests with food/beverage menus, and exhibit knowledge and salespersonship.
Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards.
Observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol, including maintaining current Certifications.
Communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, as a team.
Follow management’s instructions and suggestions.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
Stand for extended periods of time.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar concept or a full service restaurant with liquor, beer and wine
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.98 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
