Role DescriptionWe’re looking for someone to help us work directly with manufacturers as they start using BatchBuddy.
This isn’t a typical “implementation” role.
You’ll be jumping into real operations — understanding how teams manage production, inventory, and compliance today, and helping them transition into a better system.
You’ll be:
• running demos
• helping customers get set up
• translating real workflows into BatchBuddy
• working closely with the founder on product feedback
If you’ve worked in manufacturing or around it, you’ll recognize the problems immediately.
Who this is for• Experience in supplements, food & beverage, or manufacturing operations
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, batch records, and inventory systems
• Able to communicate clearly and think through operational workflows
• Curious, resourceful, and comfortable in an early-stage environment
Bonus• Experience with ERP, PLM, or manufacturing systems
• Startup or early-stage experience
