Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change with basic math skills
- Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, sanitation, and food safety management practices
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Retail sales experience or experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering is advantageous
