This is semi-skilled work involving
responsibility for independently performing a variety of mechanical and other building
maintenance tasks, or for serving as a helper to a journeyman tradesman. Work is performed
under either direct or general supervision, depending upon the nature of the task. Does related
work, as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of full-time, paid experience in general
building construction or maintenance work, or an equivalent combination of training and
experience indicating ability to perform the duties of the job.
