We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
- Must be willing to travel to all three locations - Cherry Hill, Hammonton & Vineland
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using software.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation review is completed in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to appropriate employees as necessary.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry and processing of patient information efficiently.
- Support office management tasks, including inventory management
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, but willing to train someone who wants to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation review.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be good with computers and have a willingness to learn.
