At BATA Plastics, we help keep recyclable materials out of landfills while supporting a cleaner environment. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team and help keep our production lines moving!
FLEXIBLE SHIFT OPTIONS
Find the shift that works for you!
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Sort and load plastic materials onto conveyor lines
- Remove unwanted materials according to production needs
- Stack and organize skids and boxes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate material issues to your team lead
- Use basic hand tools (training provided!)
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to contribute
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED is a plus
No experience with hand tools? No problem! We'll provide training.
WHAT TO EXPECT

- Moderate to loud noise levels
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
