About the role
We're looking for people-first, energetic team members who thrive in fast-moving spaces. You'll be the go-to person on the sales floor — helping customers find what they need, and bringing a genuine enthusiasm that actually moves product. If you're building a career in retail, hospitality, or operations, this role gives you real reps across sales, inventory, and team dynamics.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers and provide personalized, helpful service that turns browsers into buyers
- Run POS transactions accurately — cash, card, returns, and everything in between
- Lead product demos that highlight real benefits and create natural upsell moments
- Keep merchandising displays fresh, stocked, and visually on-point
- Handle customer inquiries by phone with professionalism and a friendly tone
- Help onboard new team members and hold the standard when supervisors need backup
What you bring
- Strong communicator — you connect easily with all kinds of people (bilingual is a plus)
- Some retail, grocery, or customer-facing experience; comfortable with cashiering and basic math
- Solid working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Natural ability to upsell by listening well and matching products to actual needs
- Professional phone presence for remote customer support
- Any experience leading or mentoring teammates is a definite bonus
