Job Summary

Duties
- Perform precise lymphatic drainage massage techniques to stimulate lymph flow and support detoxification processes.
- Assess client needs through detailed patient evaluations, including understanding medical history and current health status.
- Deliver a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other specialized treatments.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care routines, and occupational health practices to maintain optimal results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and maintaining professional communication with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques in physiology, anatomy knowledge, pain management strategies, and massage therapy advancements to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current CPR certification.
- Proven experience in patient service with excellent client communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Skilled in various massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage methods.
- Experience in pain management and occupational health practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
