Bastion Security Services is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Office Manager in San Francisco.
This person will serve as a trusted liaison between clients and the operations team, will be strategically minded and capable of moving seamlessly from concept to execution to meet goals. Responsibilities:
· Maintain high client satisfaction with proactive communication and timely problem resolution.
· Investigate and gather all information for client issues and coordinate resolution with Account Manager within 24 hours of issue. Inform team of action plans per direction of Manager.
· Contact field officers regarding on-going issues or questions, email outcome to team.
· Manage and schedule guards to maintain full coverage, adjusting schedules to meet service demands.
· Maintain regular communication with teams / corporate regarding pertinent information.
· Coordinate with the HR Manager on all discipline and termination within the field operations.
· Work with the recruitment team to generate new sources of applicants, develop and maintains applicant recruiting pipeline based on professional process, and conducts initial interviews for open positions
· Create and carry out all necessary procedures to ensure the efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness of the stationary and patrol teams.
· Respond to all client issues or requests within the same business day, using all available forms of communications.
· Equipment and Uniforms - keep up to date on movement. Monitor inventory and submit request for replenishment as necessary.

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Prior security industry or service industry experience preferred. College education desirable. Minimum 2-3 years of professional-level experience required. Experience in position desirable.
· Must maintain a valid California driver’s license, pass background checks, and pass all safety tests. Use office technology.
· Demonstrated ability to be customer service oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and resolve situations before they escalate. Energetic and focused, takes initiative, meets deadlines, good judgment

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
