That means prospecting strategically, engaging decision-makers, and closing complex, high-value contracts that establish Bastion Events as the premier choice for Houston's most distinguished corporate gatherings and private affairs.

What You Bring
- 5 years of proven B2B or luxury sales experience with a strong closing record
- A true hunter mentality: strategic, outbound, and relentlessly proactive
- Deep experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles end-to-end
- Executive-level communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Fluency across all sales channels — phone, email, video, and in-person
- CRM mastery (HubSpot and Caterease preferred)
- The sophistication to sell a world-class experience — not a price point
- Comfort navigating C-suite conversations and high-stakes negotiations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT
- A polished, commanding presence worthy of a luxury brand
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic outbound prospecting targeting corporate clients and high-net-worth private event hosts
- Build, manage, and grow a high-value pipeline from the ground up
- Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract
- Conduct executive-level consultations and presentations that reflect our standard of excellence
- Sell chef-driven, Michelin-caliber experiences — not menus, not line items
- Partner with world-renowned culinary and operations teams for flawless, white-glove execution
- Work directly with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning
- Serve as a senior brand ambassador at select events and industry engagements
- Help define the sales playbook as a founding team member
