Role Description
This is a full-time, Flooring Installer able to service throughout the Lehigh, Berks, and Bucks counties. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting flooring materials, and expertly installing various types of flooring such as hardwood, carpet, and luxury vinyl/laminate. Additionally, the role involves ensuring proper alignment, applying adhesives, and performing finishing touches to deliver professional results. The candidate will work closely with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and maintain safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with hard surface flooring and general installation techniques
- Knowledge of Carpet installation and maintenance
- Expertise in Flooring materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in flooring installation is required
