Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to food safety protocols
- Monitor shift performance, handle customer complaints professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly
- Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and maintaining compliance with health regulations
- Support catering, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to maximize revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and managing restaurant operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences
- Previous casual dining or quick service restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently
