MANAGER

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic MANAGER to lead our team in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. As a key leader within our fast-paced, quick service and casual dining environment, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high quality standards
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to food safety protocols
• Monitor shift performance, handle customer complaints professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly
• Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling, and maintaining compliance with health regulations
• Support catering, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards
• Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and managing restaurant operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences
• Previous casual dining or quick service restaurant experience is highly desirable
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $57,200.00 - $62,400.00 per year
