Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled tradespeople as needed
• Clean and prepare job sites for ongoing work
• Dig trenches, backfill, and compact materials as directed
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures and work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Maintain safety standards and help ensure a safe work environment at all times

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
• Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous construction experience (preferred)
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience with concrete work or site preparation (preferred)

Offered compensation: $22/hr - $40/hr
