Full job descriptionAbout the RoleFounded in 1984, we are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the home furnishings industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, enjoys selling beautiful products and connecting with customers across multiple channels, and has a proven ability to close sales in a virtual manner. This is an in-office position in Newport Beach, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with existing and dormant customers as well as new leads through phone, Zoom, email, and text to present products and solutions and generate salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customersEffectively follow up on leads to drive the sales process forwardDeliver compelling presentations that highlight product benefits and valueClose sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targetsMeet or Exceed KPI Goal of 50 Calls per DayProvide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress via CRM (we use Hubspot)Attend Spring and Winter High Point Markets in High Point, NCSkills & QualificationsDemonstrated success in selling via phone, video calls, email, and textExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influenceStrong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities with persistence and follow-throughBeing a quick study/fast learnerTrack record of achieving or exceeding sales goalsSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedExperience in the home furnishings industry preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Hub SpotStarting Base Salary Commission Based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $69,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
