Experienced Service Advisor – High Volume Shop | No Weekends

Bassitt Auto Co. has been serving Beaverton for over 50 years. We’re a busy, well-run shop with 17 bays (14 in operation daily), strong car count, and a reputation built on trust.
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can handle a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with customers, and keep our shop running efficiently. If you know how to build trust and keep jobs moving, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the customer experience from drop-off to pick-up
- Write repair orders and coordinate with technicians
- Present estimates and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Handle a high volume of calls and walk-ins
- Stay organized and keep workflow moving efficiently

- Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
