Position Purpose
This role combines hands-on machine operation, and technical expertise to drive high standards in quality and production.
Position Responsibilities
- Operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (pipe cutter, structural cutter, clipper) with precision and safety.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Summary of Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- CNC machine operation experience preferred but not required, willing to train and invest in employees.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of a team.
- Interest and ability to learn, practice and teach Lean principles and values.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven communication skills.
- Stand, kneel, crouch and lift for extended periods of time.
- Work at elevated heights, confined spaces and in a fabrication shop environment.
