Job Description & Responsibilities
- Our Oneonta Clinic is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
- Join an established group of 3 full time physicians, 4 advanced care clinicians
- Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- No OB
- Generative AI Scribes offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notes.
- Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation.
- Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
- Salary Range: $320,000 – $374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
- Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
- Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
- Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
