What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook - Arnie's Barn position at Bass Pro Shops?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
- Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
- Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
- Restocks work station with food products as needed.
- Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
- Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
- Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
- Completes and abides by all training requirements.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

- Ability to work as a team.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
