POSITION SUMMARY:
An Aftermarket Digital Content Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, structure, and usability of parts catalog information, including product attributes, fitment data, supersessions, and cross-references. This role works cross-functionally to ensure parts can be easily identified, searched, and supported across internal systems, dealer platforms, and customer-facing channels.
This position serves as a critical bridge between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and eCommerce to ensure accurate product data, fitment integrity, and best-in-class digital content across all channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains and improves the accuracy, structure, usability, and discoverability of the online eParts catalog, including product attributes, fitment data, supersessions, and cross-references.
- Owns the collection, organization, maintenance, and governance of digital product assets, including images, videos, documents, installation guides, and compliance materials.
- Ensures parts have complete, accurate, and optimized digital content across internal systems and external platforms, maintaining standards for asset naming, metadata, version control, and accessibility.
- Partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and eCommerce teams to validate technical information and resolve catalog gaps, data inconsistencies, and fitment errors.
- Supports the integration of catalog content and product data across ERP, PIM, eCommerce platforms, and dealer systems to enable accurate part identification and seamless customer experience.
- Develops and maintains documentation and standard operating procedures related to digital content and catalog processes, supporting continuous improvement in catalog accuracy and content operations.
- Supports dealer and customer inquiries related to parts identification, product content, and catalog navigation, and assists with reporting and analysis related to digital content performance and catalog health.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience (if applicable)
- Years of experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in aftermarket, product data management, merchandising, or eCommerce
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with ERP, PIM, or eCommerce platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to support product image quality and digital asset standards.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and product performance data.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach.
- Systems thinker with digital fluency and ability to manage complex product data structures.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Up to 10% travel may be required to support cross-functional collaboration, system implementations, or business needs.
